Leisure City Travel Concierge was created in response to a shift by cruise lines away from personalized service to a sell, sell, sell mentality. We believe that a Travel Advisor's main role should be service oriented, and we strive to work with our guests to create memorable journeys. Our goal is to ensure that your vacation reservations go as smoothly as possible, and we strive to help create a vacation that matches your vision.
Whether you'd like a three-night weekend getaway, a fourteen-day Panama Canal transit, or a 128-day Grand World Voyage, we are here to assist with everything from planning to booking to your return home!
Our Logo
As our focus is on cruise travel, we wanted to highlight the golden horizon, visible at the beginning and end of each day at sea. We've also included a flock of swallows because of the bird's historical role for sailors. The swallow tattoo was used as a measure of a seaman's experience, with each unique swallow tattoo equaling having sailed 5,000 nautical miles. With our sailing experience spanning over 124,000 nautical miles in the last 32 years, we wanted to ensure the proper flock of 24 swallows. You'll find four making up the sun with the remaining twenty circling the logo.

The Team
Brendan Bunts has been cruising since 1990 and has sailed on fifty seven voyages as of 2024. After working for Holland America Line for four years, he decided to open his own agency to ensure guests receive the best care in booking and servicing their cruise reservations! With experience planning trips from long weekends in the Florida Keys to month-long European expeditions, Brendan is ready to make your travel dreams a reality!
Our youngest cruiser is still at home as well, so you may hear Teddy in the background of calls. Though he takes care to respect the work phone, after five cruises, Teddy enjoys using his sailing expertise to take an active role in assisting our guests. As a seasoned sailor, Teddy also joins each group cruise ready to aid in ship tours and with mocktail recommendations.
Our Location
We operate out of Leisure City, Florida, between Miami and Key Largo. With quick access to multiple cruise ports, we are well suited to pre-embarkation questions or concerns from new guests and long-time cruisers alike.
